JJ 55 Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your continued use of jj 55 after these Terms are posted constitutes acceptance. We may update these Terms from time to time — the current version always applies. If you disagree with updated terms, your only remedy is to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance.

2. Eligibility

To register and play at jj 55, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold exactly one jj 55 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, a family member's name, or a false identity — is a breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all linked accounts. Any balance in duplicate accounts will be forfeited. jj 55 uses technical and manual verification methods to identify duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jj 55 login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. All bets and transactions made from your account while your credentials are in use are your responsibility, whether authorised by you or not. Contact jj 55 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Account Dormancy

An account that has not had any login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. jj 55 may apply an administrative fee of Rs 200 per month to dormant accounts to cover maintenance costs. You will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jj 55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though jj 55 reserves the right to request additional verification for large deposits. Deposit limits can be voluntarily reduced through your account Responsible Gaming settings — this is a one-way action that requires a 24-hour cooling-off period to reverse.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where the method supports withdrawals.
• Bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before they become withdrawable.
• jj 55 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals above Rs 50,000.

4.4 Processing Times

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically process within 10–30 minutes. IBFT bank transfers typically complete within 2–4 banking hours. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank. jj 55 does not apply withdrawal fees on standard PKR transactions.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Rules

All bonuses offered by jj 55 are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion. Where a promotion's specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence. Key rules that apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• One welcome bonus per player, household, IP address, and payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be met using real money bets — bonus-funded bets do not count towards wagering requirements unless explicitly stated.
• jj 55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonus amounts that were obtained through multiple accounts, fraudulent activity, or exploitation of promotional terms will be forfeited without notice.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus carries a stated wagering requirement (e.g., 30×). This means the bonus amount must be wagered the specified number of times before a withdrawal of the bonus portion can be requested. Only bets placed on eligible games contribute to wagering requirements. Games excluded from wagering requirements are listed in each promotion's specific terms.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the stated validity period (typically 7 or 30 days from award) will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated. The expiry date of any active bonus is visible in your account wallet section.

6. Gameplay Rules

jj 55 offers a range of gaming products including live dealer casino games, RNG casino games, crash games, and sports/cricket betting. Each product category has its own supplementary rules:

• Live dealer games: Rules are governed by the studio provider's stated rules, which are visible during gameplay. Disconnection during a live round does not void a placed bet.
• RNG games: All outcomes are generated by certified RNG engines. Results displayed after a network error are final as recorded by the server, not the client device.
• Cricket betting: Settlements follow standard cricket betting market rules. DLS-method results are honoured. Abandoned matches trigger void settlement and stake refund.
• Crash games: The multiplier at which you cash out determines your payout. Failure to cash out before the crash results in a lost bet. In the event of a technical error mid-round, jj 55 will settle bets at the last confirmed server-side multiplier.

In the event of a clear and obvious error — including but not limited to software bugs that produce abnormally high payouts, or obvious misquoting of odds — jj 55 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies regardless of whether winnings have already been credited to your account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited at jj 55 and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potential permanent closure with forfeiture of balance:

• Registering more than one account (duplicate accounts).
• Using another person's identity, payment details, or verification documents.
• Colluding with other players to exploit game mechanics or bonus structures.
• Using software automation, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or exploit game features.
• Exploiting known software bugs or errors rather than reporting them to jj 55 support.
• Attempting to launder money or use jj 55 for any illegal financial activity.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits that have been played.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing jj 55 staff or other players.

8. KYC and Identity Verification

jj 55 is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals. This is a regulatory requirement and not optional. Documents typically requested during KYC include:

• Government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card — CNIC — is preferred for Pakistani players).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or CNIC address page).

KYC documents must be clear, legible, and unexpired. 9. Account Suspension and Closure

jj 55 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time. Common reasons for account action include:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• A responsible gaming self-exclusion request by the account holder.
• Regulatory instruction to do so.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, your balance is frozen but not forfeited unless the investigation confirms a breach. You will be notified of the reason for suspension where it is legally permissible to do so.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jj 55 support. Upon closure, any real money balance (excluding unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method within five business days.

10. Responsible Gaming

jj 55 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. We provide the following tools to all players, accessible through your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by applicable law. jj 55's maximum liability to any player for any claim arising from platform use is limited to the value of the player's current account balance at the time of the claim.
